Red Dragon by Thomas Harris is about a retired detective named Will Graham. He retired because while catching a serial killer he was mentally and physically hurt. A new serial killer is loose and they can not catch him so detective Jack Crawford convinces Will to work on the case.
I really liked this book. It is very interesting throughout most of the book but parts of it were boring. When Crawford was telling Wills girlfriend why he needs Will to work the case he said, "Because it's his bad luck to be the best. Because he doesn't think like other people. Somehow he never got in a rut"(8). It would have been nice to read more about Will and his feelings but over all it was a good book.
This book seems like it could be made into a movie. Good review.
