The Curious Incident of the Dog in the Nightime by Mark Haddon

“It was seven minutes after midnight. The dog was lying on the grass in the middle of the lawn in front of Mrs. Shears’ house. It’s eyes were closed…the dog was dead.” In the book, The Curious Incident of the Dog in The Night Time by Mark Haddon, the main character, Christopher, investigates the murder of a neighborhood dog. Christopher has autism and he lives with his dad in England. The book is written from his point of view. He is telling the story of who killed the dog and all the mysteries he
uncovers while doing it. I thought this book was good. I wanted to keep reading to know what was going to happen. However there were also some slow parts because the main
character is talking and he goes back to old memories and facts that don’t really have anything to do with the story. I would recommend this book to someone because it is a good story with a good mystery.

  2. MOST AWESOME BOOK EVER! This book is written like the diary of an awesome, autistic kid with issues.
